Provide direct personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility support as needed Monitor and document client health status, behaviors, and progress Support program activities and engage clients in meaningful therapeutic and recreational activities Communicate effectively with supervisors, healthcare staff, and family members regarding client needs Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all program participants Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all agency policies and procedures
