You'll advocate for clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support and promote well-being.To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, strong knowledge of community resources, and proven crisis management abilities, fostering positive change and client empowerment.

Assesses, develops, implements and monitors a comprehensive plan of care through an interdisciplinary team process in conjunction with the patient and family in internal and external settings.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a related field and possess a Master Social Worker license for Arkansas. Additionally, Basic Life Support (CPR) certification is required within 30 days of hire.
