Lowe’s Guardian Angel is seeking two (2) Part-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide clinical oversight and supervisory nursing services for individuals receiving care in Host Homes/Group Homes (HHP) and Private Home Care (PHC) settings in Macon and Augusta, GA. This role is ideal for a self-directed RN who values flexibility, professional autonomy, and meaningful community-based work. Key Responsibilities Conduct weekly RN oversight visits for individuals residing in Host Homes and Group Homes Complete RN supervisory visits every 60–90 days for Private Home Care (PHC) individuals Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ensure care plans are followed appropriately Monitor client health status, documentation, and regulatory compliance Collaborate with caregivers, program staff, and leadership to ensure quality of care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Identify health concerns and recommend follow-up or interventions as needed Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience as an RN Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license Ability to pass a criminal background check Current CPR certification Current TB screening Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Strong assessment, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent bedside manner, professionalism, and communication skills Flexibility to schedule visits between Sunday–Saturday
