The 340B Program Specialist collaborates with the pharmacy team to manage 340B databases, pharmacy information systems, and carousel databases. They act as the primary entity contact while developing tools to ensure program compliance and mitigate financial risks.

The 340B Program Specialist shall assist and collaborate with the Pharmacy Team involving pharmacy information system database, carousel database, bar coded formulary, and 340B database. Act as Primary Contact for entity. May assist in the development, implementation, or promotion of programmatic resources/tools to support staff.
