• Your responsibilities:
• Provide Occupational Therapy services that are individualized to the patient, including screening, treatment, program planning and implementation
• Communicate status updates to staff and other healthcare professionals as needed *Complete documentation timely for billing and payroll
• Required skills and qualifications: *Active Occupational Therapist Assistant license in Florida
