Are you a compassionate, skilled Physical Therapist who believes therapy is about more than exercises—it’s about helping people regain independence, confidence, and quality of life?
Vaiden Community Living Center is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the residents we serve. In this role, you’ll use your clinical expertise to assess resident needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality physical therapy in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Essential Duties
Assess resident conditions and develop individualized treatment goals and plans in partnership with residents. Provide physical therapy treatments designed to improve function, mobility, strength, and quality of life. Verify required authorizations before beginning evaluations or treatment. Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress, and other resident information in the medical record. Code therapy procedures and diagnoses accurately and in a timely manner. Effectively navigate and document within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Requirements
Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
