Candidate: Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO Experience in in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus! Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care. Rate Range $50-$56/hour Ready to make a difference?
