As an
Occupational
Therapist (OT), you will: plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct occupational therapy, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules regulations, and guidelines that govern a skilled nursing facility participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of patient care plans, patient assessments, etc. as necessary maintain treatment records, patient files, and progress notes as required participate in the development and implementation of patient assessments and care plans, including quarterly reviews
Required
