  • Help Improve Lives Through Whole-Person Care At Klamath Basin Behavioral Health, we believe mental wellness and physical health go hand in hand. We are seeking a compassionate, clinically skilled Nurse (LPN or RN) who excels at building relationships, coordinating care, and helping individuals successfully manage both mental health and medical needs. This is not a task-focused nursing role. Success in this position comes from helping clients remain engaged in treatment, identifying health concerns early, coordinating care across providers, and ensuring clients receive the support they need to improve their overall well-being. What Success Looks Like In this role, you will:
  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource for clients receiving psychiatric services.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Oregon LPN license and have at least two years of professional nursing experience. A valid Oregon driver's license and the ability to travel within the community are also required.

    • Required
    • Active Oregon LPN license.
