As a Coverage Team Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll gain exposure to diverse patient populations, experienced clinical teams, and multiple clinic environments while maintaining the flexibility to fit work around your lifestyle with options for Full Time, Part Time, or PRN.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT Complete timely, accurate documentation Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment If you're looking for a PTA role where you're supported, challenged, and able to grow while still maintaining balance, this is the place to build your career.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care Strong communication and teamwork skills Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment

About

Compensation

$29 - $32/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, Sign On Bonus available. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
