BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Salisbury, NC.
BAYADA’s Direct Support Professionals DSPs work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.

We have current Direct Support Professional (DSP) openings in the following locations: Salisbury, NC: M-F days & evenings (flexible day shifts as early as 10am) Bilingual (Spanish/English) Rowan County Areas: M-F days & evenings (day shifts generally start around 8am and end around 5pm.
Evening shifts start around 4pm and end around 9pm.) Weekends How You’ll Make an Impact as a Direct Support Professional (DSP): Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming) Accompany clients on errands and appointments Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation Participate in community integration activities Compensation & Schedule: Competitive pay rates with a weekly pay schedule, $15-17/hr.
