Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with established protocols and physician orders Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process Screen patients for contraindications and obtain relevant medical history prior to scanning Operate and maintain MRI equipment, reporting any technical issues promptly Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure accurate and timely image interpretation Maintain detailed patient records and imaging documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Adhere to all safety protocols, including MRI safety screening and infection control procedures

Requirements

ARRT certification in Radiography or MRI (MR) required Current Florida state licensure or eligibility to obtain Previous MRI technologist experience preferred Strong knowledge of MRI safety standards and contrast administration protocols Excellent patient communication and bedside manner skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative imaging team BLS/CPR certification required or ability to obtain upon hire About Us: Advanced Imaging Concepts is a trusted provider of diagnostic imaging services serving the Brooksville, FL community and surrounding areas.
