Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a state-approved mental health technician training program or relevant clinical experience.
- Basic certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Ability to pass background checks and meet state-specific licensing or certification requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Experience working in inpatient or outpatient mental health settings.
