As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll provide hands-on patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, ensuring comfort, safety, and positive outcomes for patients in their homes.

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program Current LPN/LVN license in the State of Colorado 3 years of nursing experience preferred (Home Health or Med-Surg a plus) Current CPR certification Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Salary: Per-visit schedule $28.00- $33.00 The employer for this position is stated in the job posting.
