Mosaic is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team!
In this role, you will provide health care to individuals receiving services in the homes by scheduling medical appointments, assessing condition, reviewing medications, completing any necessary medical forms and by updating medical records.

Mon-Friday 8am-430pm EST. We may be able to accomodate a bit of flexibility outside of that such as 4-10hr days/the majority of the hours will be during the week so that there is oversight by the nurse manager.

Candidates must hold an Associate degree and a valid LPN/LVN certification in good standing. A minimum of one year of LPN experience or three years of CNA/CMA experience is required, along with CPR and First Aid certification.
