You will manage a full patient panel virtually, focusing on perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep. This involves prescribing HRT, evaluating pharmacologic weight management, and maintaining high productivity through efficient documentation and patient interaction.
Must live within the state of Georgia as a condition of employment Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred) Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine WHY MIDI A patient population that is engaged, informed, and deeply grateful for real care Full clinical autonomy within a supportive, protocol-driven framework Fully remote with scheduling between 7am–7pm patient local time Desirable benefits package Accredited training eligible for Continuing Education (CE) Clinician Professional Development Allowance Paid time off A team that takes women’s health as seriously as you do WORKING ENVIRONMENT This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The role involves prolonged computer use, including extended periods of sitting, video conferencing, and electronic documentation. To support patient access and business needs, occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage may be required.
Candidates must reside in Georgia and hold an active FNP-C, FNP-BC, or WHNP-BC certification. A minimum of 3 years of experience in independent HRT management, patient panel management, and synchronous telemedicine is required.
