In this per diem role (1-2 days per week), you will evaluate and treat adult patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized care plans to improve communication and functional outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining accurate documentation and delivering evidence-based therapy.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing for patients Perform comprehensive assessments using subjective evaluations and objective tests to determine patient needs and treatment goals Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes to ensure optimal rehabilitation results Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, and consult with physicians to support effective treatment and care coordination

Qualifications

Current Georgia license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain license Recent graduates and experienced Speech Language Pathologists encouraged to apply Must be familiar with treating adults with neurological conditions for all speech needs, including cognitive therapy, language, and swallowing.

Compensation

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Georgia license as a Speech Language Pathologist or have the ability to obtain one. Experience or familiarity with treating adults with neurological conditions is required, and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
