Document interdisciplinary progress notes that provide a comprehensive reflection of resident care. Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to physician orders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date drug and narcotic records for each shift. Report any discrepancies to the nurse manager and follow proper procedures for drug and narcotic disposal. Collaborate with the care plan team to assess and address residents' physical, social, nutritional, spiritual, and activity-related needs.
Experience in Medical/Surgical, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Nursing Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License Current CPR and First Aid certification Compassion, patience, and genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors
