The Community Support Associate provides one-on-one skill building, medication support, and therapeutic behavioral interventions for clients in their homes or the community. They also assist clients in accessing community resources and developing essential interpersonal and crisis coping skills.

Wellspring is hiring a full-time Community Support Associate to provide one-on-one skill building with clients in the home or community to include: skills training, cueing, or supervision as identified in the client’s individualized treatment plan, medication adherence and recognizing symptoms and side effects, non-clinical but therapeutic behavioral intervention, support, and skills training, assistance in accessing and utilizing community resources, emotion regulation skills, crisis coping skills, and developing and enhancing interpersonal skills.
$15 - $18 per hour
Full-time; Monday - Friday, working hours are flexible between 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Occasional weekend work may be required: Saturday and/or Sunday; working hours are 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
This position requires a criminal background check, clearances of state and federal background checks, multiple abuse/sex offender registries, and clearance of exclusion lists prior to employment. Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screening. This position is a part of an annual, random drug-testing program.
