The Program Assistant organizes, coordinates, and monitors clinical operations at the Health Home site, including managing medical records and reports. They also facilitate staff scheduling, coordinate intakes with clinical assessors, and manage office supply orders.

Job Summary The Program Assistant works with multiple interdisciplinary teams at the CBI sites to organize, coordinate, and monitor all clinical operations of the Health Home site, including managing reports, medical records, maintaining meeting records, and providing administrative activities.

The Program Assistant will also coordinate intakes with Clinical Assessor, oversee staff schedules and facilitate any office/supply orders with the Site Manager.

Skills/Requirements Highschool Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred. 1 or more years of clerical and/or administrative experience is preferred. Valid identification required. Requirements
