Pediatric Dental Associates & Orthodontics is seeking a full-time associate pediatric dentist to join our growing two-location multi-specialty practice. We are hiring for start dates from Fall 2026 through Summer 2027 and are happy to work around your residency graduation timeline.
We are a private, doctor-owned practice that has served Northwest Arkansas since 1999. Our team includes four pediatric dentists, four general dentists practicing under pediatric protocols, and a full-time orthodontist, with a second orthodontist joining in early 2027. Both locations are state-of-the-art, featuring digital radiography, paperless charting, ceiling-mounted TVs, and a fun, custom-themed environment built for kids by IDS.
We hold operating privileges at several area hospitals and offer general anesthesia in our offices, so you can treat your most complex and highest-need patients without referring them out.
Our mission is to provide exceptional pediatric dental and orthodontic care in a gentle, fun environment where children feel safe and parents can relax. By building a foundation of trust, we work to give every child the most positive experience possible, and we stay active in community outreach year-round.
We're looking for a highly skilled, friendly, and outgoing doctor to join us.
Northwest Arkansas is one of the fastest-growing regions in the country. The Milken Institute named the Fayetteville–Springdale–Rogers metro the #1 best-performing large metro in America in its 2026 rankings, citing a thriving labor market, a strong high-tech sector, and rare housing affordability for a fast-growing region. You'll find the perfect mix of big-city amenities and small-town charm, plus world-class trails, lakes, and mountain biking right outside your door.
The candidate must be a highly skilled and friendly pediatric dentist. The role is open to new graduates and experienced practitioners alike, with start dates available from Fall 2026 through Summer 2027.
Market context

Before applying, confirm your license status and be ready to note any mobile or military-related experience in your materials.
