Responsibilities
- Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Chart Analyst to join our talented Medical Records team.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepares the patient charts for discharge process and assembles components in the correct order Performs audit of active charts on a regular basis Maintains accurate input and update of chart deficiencies into the computer system Distributes notices of delinquencies to physicians for completion Reviews, evaluates and processes release of information requests.

- Our acute care psychiatric hospital is in Lawrenceville (about 25 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta).
- We provide psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment to adolescents, adults, and seniors, in addition to partial hospitalization and other outpatient programs (includes a location in Athens).

High school diploma or equivalent is required for this role as is above average computer skills including Microsoft office programs.
