Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership: Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, striving to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience. Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice. Patient-Centric Approach: Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate dental visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience.

Qualifications

DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, accompanied by an active state license in good standing. At least 1-2 years of Clinical Experience post-residency, preferred. Select positions open to new grads! Passionate commitment to patient care and unwavering ethical standards.
