Licensed Practical Nurse
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides clinical nursing care, including medication administration and patient triage, under the supervision of a registered nurse or medical provider. They also maintain accurate patient records, educate patients on treatment plans, and assist with quality assurance and clinical supply management.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides basic clinical nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or licensed medical provider. The LPN delivers patient care across the lifespan—infant through geriatric—in a high-volume outpatient setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality, patient-centered care.

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
Current and unrestricted LPN license in the State of Georgia or South Carolina (as applicable).
CPR certification required.
Outpatient clinical environment with frequent interaction with patients, providers, and staff.
May require flexible hours, including occasional evening or weekend coverage.
Frequent exposure to noise, interruptions, and varied clinical demands.
