Trillium Clinic Dermatology is seeking a part-time board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist to join our growing dermatology practice and serve patients in our Chapel Hill and Burlington, North Carolina locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dermatologist seeking a flexible part-time position within a physician-led practice that offers a broad range of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. The ideal candidate is an excellent clinician and communicator who enjoys building relationships with patients and working in a collaborative, supportive practice environment.
Trillium Clinic Dermatology provides comprehensive dermatologic care, including medical dermatology, skin cancer evaluation and treatment, surgical dermatology, Mohs surgery, and cosmetic dermatology.
Our practice is built around providing high-quality, personalized dermatologic care with convenient access and an exceptional patient experience. We are continuing to expand our presence throughout central North Carolina and are looking for a dermatologist who wants to grow with the practice.
The part-time dermatologist will provide comprehensive dermatologic evaluation and treatment for patients at our Chapel Hill and Burlington offices, with the opportunity to develop a practice aligned with the physician's clinical interests and experience.
Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care for adult and/or pediatric patients Diagnose and treat common and complex dermatologic conditions Perform skin cancer evaluations and biopsies Diagnose and manage basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma, and other skin cancers Perform appropriate office-based dermatologic procedures Provide surgical dermatology services within the physician's scope of training and expertise Counsel patients regarding skin cancer prevention and ongoing skin cancer screening Develop individualized treatment plans based on current evidence and patient preferences Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and preventive skin care Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Communicate effectively with referring physicians and other members of the patient's care team Participate in a collaborative practice environment with dermatology providers and clinical staff Deliver an excellent patient experience consistent with Trillium Clinic's standards Clinical Interests and Opportunities

This is a part-time position with scheduling flexibility.
The successful candidate may work at one or both of our Chapel Hill and Burlington locations, depending on practice needs and the physician's preferences.

Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, training, clinical volume, and scope of practice.
