You'll be personally greeted by one of our Directors of Clinical Services, who'd love to hear about your career goals & share with you what it's like to work in a home health setting. Our current hiring needs, Physical Therapist; Required-Education and/or Experience Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required. Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred. Physical Therapist Assistant; Required-Education and/or Experience Associate or Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a home health setting required, highly preferred acute care or rehabilitation experience. Registered Nurse; Required-Education and/or Experience Associate or Bachelor degree in nursing required. Two (2) years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical skilled care setting or home health preferred. Licensed Practical Nurse; Required-Education and/or Experience Certificate of an accredited program of Practical or Vocational Nursing as approved by the state required. Two (2) years of experience as an LPN in a clinical skilled care setting. Speech Language Pathologist; Required-Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology required. Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology preferred. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a home health setting required. *We have an Employee referral program in place, if you refer a clinician and is hired for a full-time role, you'll get a referral bonus.
