Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each) with their own kitchens, plus gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety while working within our unique cottage-style care model. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and toileting Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment Work alongside nurses and care team to follow care plans Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
