Current license to practice nursing in State of Virginia (or eligible to receive or renew) Current BLS certification (can renew as part of New Employee Orientation) Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire Ability to successfully complete and pass all components of Handle With Care & Verbal De-escalation Crisis Intervention Training Ability to use and supervise Handle With Care (HWC) techniques Reflect behavior, attitude, and appearance appropriate to the position and be supportive of the facility and division philosophy, goals, and objectives Effectively communicate both verbally and via written documentation Liberty Point is a drug-free and alcohol-free workplace.
