A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CAREGIVER (RA/CNA/TMA) As a Caregiver at River Oaks of Minnesota, you are on the front line, providing direct care and medication management for our residents.
Your responsibilities include: Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and dietary needs. Administering medications and ensuring proper documentation in compliance with healthcare standards. Providing individualized physical and mental support to preserve residents' dignity and promote well-being. Performing light housekeeping tasks when time allows, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment. Communicating residents' health status with medical personnel and maintaining accurate documentation. You'll go home each day feeling fulfilled and proud of the positive impact you've made in the lives of vulnerable people in your community.
