RN/LPN Extended Hours – Weekend Part-Time

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated RNs/LPNs to provide exceptional hospice care during extended weekend hours. This position is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about supporting patients and families and helping them navigate the end-of-life journey with comfort, dignity, and compassion.
Key responsibilities
Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, care planning, interventions, implementation, and evaluation.
Assess patient needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
Provide compassionate care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Maintain professional nursing standards and follow hospice care practices.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient and family needs.

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active Ohio RN or LPN license. Requires a valid driver's license, current CPR certification, and the ability to drive in varying weather conditions.
