- Schedule: Night Shift | Full-Time | 3x12 hour shifts | 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. How you'll make an impact in this role Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care by following established clinical standards and organizational protocols to maximize patient safety and comfort. Manage individualized patient care plans by continually monitoring health progress and adapting interventions to ensure optimal recovery and treatment outcomes. Coordinate multidisciplinary healthcare teams as the central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and highly integrated care for every patient. Execute medical orders with precision, accurately noting and carrying out physician and nursing directives to maintain a safe, continuous healing environment. Champion smooth patient transitions by proactively assessing and planning for discharge needs alongside the healthcare team, setting patients up for success at home. - Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. What additional requirements you'll need At least a year of acute care bedside experience.
