Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Physical Therapist, you will organize and conduct medically prescribed therapy programs.

Patient Evaluation & Rehabilitation: Evaluates patients, designs, implements, and progresses rehabilitation programs, including clear home exercise plans Documentation & Billing Accuracy: Ensures timely, complete, and accurate patient notes, certifications, and treatment instructions, adhering to QI criteria and reflecting services provided for billing Patient Education & Satisfaction: Clearly explains injury/condition, treatment purpose, and rehabilitation goals to clients, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction with departmental care Workload Management & Efficiency: Demonstrates ability to manage heavy caseloads by improving personal efficiency, working extended hours when necessary, and assisting colleagues Program Development & Referrals: Develops new programs and collaborates with physicians to stimulate referrals, enhance relationships, and improve care quality Leadership & Departmental Oversight: Supervises students, teaches classes, provides public speaking, manages the department in the absence of a manager/staff PT, resolves departmental conflicts, and completes assigned reports Job Requirements Required Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy Licensed or eligible for licensure by the North Dakota State Examining Committee of Physical Therapists
