Ensure accurate and timely submission of MDS documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update resident care plans. Monitor clinical documentation to support reimbursement and care quality. Participate in quality assurance and compliance initiatives. Serve as a resource for nursing staff regarding MDS and care planning processes. What We're Looking For Current RN or LPN license in good standing. Previous MDS experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred. Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and PPS processes. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
