Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Campus Float Nurse at CHI Health, you will bring your clinical expertise to provide exceptional patient care across multiple units.

Your success in this role comes from your knowledge to provide care to various disease processes in a variety of situations ranging from minor to critical while being able to consistently remain calm and positive.
Monitoring patients’ conditions and assessing their needs Collaborating with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients Administering patients’ medications and providing treatments according to physicians’ orders Fostering a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families Your experience will be rewarded with premium differentials, in addition to standard night and weekend pay.
We are also offering up to $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 educational assistance to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
Job Requirements Active RN licensure in the state of Nebraska/Iowa or compact.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 5 months of hire Preferred: One year of RN experience preferred Specialty certification (ex: CCRN, CNOR, CEN) Additional certification or licensure may be required for some specialty areas.
Candidates must hold an active RN license in Nebraska or Iowa and possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required within five months of hire, and one year of RN experience is preferred.
