Rose Senior Living Farmington Hills is recruiting for a hospitality focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team! This position is responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community. The schedule for this position is 8:30am - 5:00pm
Housekeepers are expected to exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times. This role is critical to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and guests.
The Housekeeper is responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry duties to ensure resident rooms, common areas, and service spaces are consistently clean, sanitary, and visually appealing.
Cleaning and disinfecting resident rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, and common spaces according to established protocols.
Collecting and disposing of trash in a safe and timely manner.
Replenishing supplies such as soap, paper products, and cleaning materials.
Reporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
Following all infection control, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Supporting community events or special projects as needed, which may include schedule adjustments.
Demonstrating respect, professionalism, and sensitivity in all resident and team interactions.
