• Part Time or PRN 6am-6pm Sun and Fri; Part Time or PRN 6pm-6am Fri and Sat At Sierra Post Acute, we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents. We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.

• Candidates: Current, unencumbered license to practice as a CNA in Colorado CPR certification Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check Experience in a LTC/SNF is a plus!
