We are currently hiring for our Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch senior living community in Bradenton, FL.
If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy making spaces shine while building genuine connections with people, we'd love to have you join our team!
What You'll Do Keep resident apartments clean, comfortable, and welcoming, including bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, and living spaces.
Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, change linens, make beds, and complete other routine housekeeping tasks.
Respect residents' privacy, belongings, preferences, and personal space while providing services.
Maintain clean and inviting common areas, including the lobby, hallways, activity rooms, dining areas, and public restrooms.
Provide laundry and linen services, ensuring clean linens are available when needed.
Care for carpets and floors, including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and other floor-care tasks.
Properly use cleaning products and equipment while following all safety and sanitation standards.
Interact with residents in a friendly and respectful way and communicate concerns to the appropriate community leader.
Respond appropriately during emergencies and assist with community safety procedures when needed.
Complete required training and follow all company, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
Take pride in your work and help create an environment that feels fresh, safe, and inviting every day.
What You Bring High school diploma or GED.
Previous housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or similar experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks on time.
Respectful, dependable, and comfortable interacting with residents of different personalities and abilities.
Commitment to maintaining resident privacy and confidentiality.
A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
