Secretary II- Cottonwood Group Home This Secretary II opening is in our Cottonwood Group Home. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining clinical records
Assisting therapeutic staff and Facility Director with clerical duties to ensure consumer needs are met
Ordering supplies
Billing for services
Completing insurance verification
Generating/maintaining reports for various areas of the program

Requirements

HS Diploma/GED; valid driver's license with good MVR.
Successful completion of post-secondary coursework in business practices or administration or insurance billing
OR at least one year work experience in a medical administrative role, completing insurance billing and verification
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen upon hire
