Completing this step is required as part of the application process and helps us get to know you better.
Provides care that is individualized and meets the physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs of residents. Obtains and transcribes all written and telephone orders promptly ensuring telephone order forms are complete. Notifies physician and responsible party of changes in resident status. Provides leadership and guidance to CNAs and LPNs; ensures that all policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations are practiced. Completes all new admissions paperwork timely, including nursing assessment. Prepares and administers medications and treatments as needed.
Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License Current CPR Certification
