• What You’ll Do
• Provide speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and swallowing safety
• Advocate for your patients and help them find their voice—literally

• What We’re Looking For
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility)
• CCC-SLP preferred, but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Passion for working with older adults
