Location: 1000 First Street, Suite A Humble, TX 77338
Clinical Fellow (CF) SLP or CCC-SLP. MUST hold a Texas license as a speech language pathologist (see requirements below)
1. Employee with a guaranteed hourly rate. The hourly rate is based on years of experience and annual salary ranges from $70,000-$90,000 if working 40 hours/week - hours are Guaranteed and it is W-2 position. Must work at least 20 hours/week to get benefits.
2. Employee Pay Per Visit (PPV) - this is a W2 position with a higher hourly rate than the guaranteed hourly position $50-$76/hour, but you are only paid when you are with a patient. Comes with benefits if at least 20 hours/week.
3. Contractor/PRN which is a 1099 position and is paid at $30/30 minute session ($60/hour) and $80/evaluations. No benefits.

For Clinical Fellows, it is a great place to get started since it has a lower volume and pace compared to other locations. You can build your caseload at a slower rate to help with easing into your new career!
For all clinicians new and more experienced, we are here to help you find and develop your passions, whether that be specializing in an area of practice or growing your leadership skills. We have both an AAC team and a feeding team – therapists that specialize in these areas of practice and meet regularly to discuss cases, review current research, and develop their skillset. We offer frequent opportunities for continued learning, including CEUs and in-service presentations. We are committed to a multi-disciplinary model of care and encourage collaboration between our Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists and we embrace teamwork.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders and possess a valid Texas state license. Experience in pediatric speech therapy, whether through internships or as a Clinical Fellow, is required.
