What You'll Do · Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans. · Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education. · Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams. · Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes. · Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.
