We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN's) to join our team - for a Full time position.
Shifts vary, but predominantly day shifts with weekend and holiday rotations Starting wage $38.00 hr and up depending on experience!
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents receive the highest level of dignity and care.

Responsibilities include: Ensure that quality care is delivered to each resident by holding a team of caregivers accountable for providing person-centered care and following resident care policies and procedures Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth move-in experiences for each resident Working with the Life Enrichment team to coordinate a life enrichment plan for each resident based on remaining strengths, abilities, interests, skills, physician recommendations, social and restorative goals, and personal care requirements Assist the Health Services Director with staff scheduling, recruitment, and training Assist with compliance with state regulations, safety regulations, and sanitation requirements.
The ideal candidate will: Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers Possess a LPN degree from an accredited school of nursing and be currently licensed as a LPN in the state of Washington Be willing to be on-call and provide assistance to medication aides and caregivers when needed Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment Be proficient with computers, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
Candidates must hold a valid LPN degree from an accredited nursing school and be licensed in the state of Washington. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a genuine interest in geriatric care are required.
