St. Francis Hospice (SFH) is growing, and we need a Part Time Bereavement Coordinator to join our team. SFH is a well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional hospice and palliative care services throughout our community.
The Bereavement Coordinator is responsible for implementing, managing, supervising and coordinating the full range of comprehensive grief support services to families and caregivers of hospice patients. The Bereavement Coordinator provides support via telephone, mail, and in person through individual grief support, memorial services, grief workshops, family assessment and conference. Provides therapeutic counseling to family members.
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field.
