Job Summary Endoscopy Tech, Days *Full time; 6:30am-3pm (Monday-Friday) *Call required *BLS (American Heart Assoc) required *Completion of an Endoscopy Technician Certification Program or one year of equivalent healthcare experience required *2+years of Endo experience preferred *Must be able to assist physician in procedure room, clean scopes, transport patients and be an extra set up hands on unit.
ALL staff (RNs included) are expected to clean/ transport and help unit.
This position is located at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital.
Position responsible for assisting the physician in the operating room/endoscopy services under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and have completed an Endoscopy Technician Certification Program or possess one year of equivalent healthcare experience. A BLS certification from the American Heart Association is also required for this role.
