Perform high-level diagnostic assessments to evaluate a patient’s clinical needs and psychosocial status.
Treatment &
Psychotherapy: Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. Administer evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the patient’s specific disorder or disability.
Multidisciplinary
Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to align on treatment goals and patient progress. Lead or participate in care conferences, providing expert insights based on assessments and clinical updates.
One or more of the following required: Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Social Worker credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Master's degree required.
What additional preferences we're seeking Licensed LPC/LCPC or LSW/LCSW required 3 - 5 years of experience with Adolescents Spanish-speaking preferred
