We are looking for caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping seniors and adults maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and safety at home.

Position responsibilities

As an In-Home Care Aide, you may assist clients with

Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
Toileting and incontinence care
Mobility, walking, and safe transfers
Meal preparation and feeding assistance
Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean client environment
Laundry and linen changes
Medication reminders
Companionship and social interaction
Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
Following the client's established care/service plan
Completing required visit documentation
Providing respectful and professional care at all times

Qualifications

Applicants should

Be dependable and able to report to scheduled assignments on time
Have a caring and professional attitude
Be comfortable providing hands-on personal care
Be able to follow written care instructions
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and agency staff
Maintain client confidentiality
Be able to work independently in a client's home
Successfully complete all required pre-employment screening and orientation
Meet applicable agency and state requirements for the position

Previous home care, personal care, CNA, PCA, caregiver, assisted living, or senior-care experience is preferred.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Additionally, they must be CPR and first aid certified, possess basic computer skills, and be capable of lifting heavy objects.
