Evening Universal Worker/Medication Manager

Duties

Provide personal care and support to tenants to foster safety, comfort, and independence. Administer medications to residents following prescribed dosages and schedules Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations, safeguarding the confidentiality of tenant information

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work as part of a collaborative team Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Additionally: Willingness to assist with housekeeping duties, including maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in resident living spaces Ability to engage residents in recreational activities and social interactions to enhance their well-being Assist with meal service
