Full time, part time, prn and weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plank of care, as well as physician’s treatment plan. Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC) Monitor resident’s conditions and report accordingly. A graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing Currently licensed by PA State Board of Nursing Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication. Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
