• Seeking: Full Time Direct Support Professionals to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes.

Benefits

Full-Time Benefits include health, life, dental, and vision insurance as well as 401K Match. Referral Bonuses and Employee of the month ($100) and House of the month ($75 /person) Bonuses are offered to all staff. Shifts worked between Friday from 6pm- Sunday 11:59pm receive a $0.50 /hour bonus.

Training

All training and certification is provided and paid for by AID of Indiana. Training is paid.

Pay

• $16.25/hr
• Locations: We have offices in Fort Wayne, Muncie, and Kokomo, but provide services to individuals throughout Indiana. Available positions vary based on location. As a DSP you would be working in an assisted living residential home, but may be required to transport a client or go with them to an activity in the community. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Must be 18 years of age or older; High School Diploma/GED; Valid Driver’s License; 2+ years experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities; CNA/HHA preferred but not required; Current Auto Insurance; valid CPR and First Aid. PREFERRED SKILLS Experience working with Individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred but not required. Basic computer skills; Customer Service; Compassionate; Organized; Ability to multitask
